The Community Support Program works with adult individuals providing mental health rehabilitation. Individuals in the program learn to develop recovery goals that provide resiliency. The Community Support Staff meet with individuals in the community to focus on daily living skills, symptom management, and coping skills. Psychoeducation and skill building helps individuals return to work, school, and have a sense of well-being.
The Community Support program assists individuals in learning what their strengths are and how to achieve their highest functioning level possible. We work with individuals and their families to seek our resources in their own natural enviornment and support them in feeling confident about themselves.
The focus of interventions provided helps individuals with strategies to remain independent and self sufficient. The individuals in our program become successful in all avenues of their life.
